Qualified teams for the 2026 FIFA World Cup

The 2026 FIFA World Cup will be held from 11 June to 19 July 2026. It will take place in 16 cities across Canada, Mexico, and the United States. This will be the first World Cup hosted by three countries and the first to include 48 teams instead of 32.

Canada, Mexico, and the United States qualified automatically as host countries. Cape Verde, Curaçao, Jordan, and Uzbekistan have qualified for the World Cup for the first time. Argentina are the defending champions after winning the 2022 tournament.
