Scope and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of MinorClearPass, a travel consent document. By completing a purchase, the user agrees to these terms.

Delivery and permitted use

MinorClearPass is delivered electronically and may be used only for the journey and time period specified in the order. Reuse, modification, copying, resale, or distribution is not permitted.

User responsibility

The user is responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and complete, and for meeting any applicable travel requirements. MinorClearPass does not replace passports, visas, custody documents, or any official travel documents, and it does not override decisions made by airlines, border authorities, or other competent bodies.

Fees, refunds, and exceptional review

Fees are non-refundable due to the immediate delivery of the service. In exceptional circumstances, we will review your case and may, at our discretion, offer a refund. If you believe an exception applies, please contact us.

Personal data and retention

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of producing and delivering the document, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, and is deleted thereafter.

Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for travel outcomes, including delays, denials of boarding or entry, cancellations, or any decisions made by airlines, authorities, or other third parties.
