MinorClearPass®

Minors travelling with one parent, another adult, or alone

What is MinorClearPass.com?

MinorClearPass.com is a website that provides MinorClearPass®, a travel consent / travel authorisation document for minors. It is designed for situations where a child is travelling:

  • internationally or domestically
  • with only one legal guardian
  • with an accompanying adult who is not the child’s legal guardian
  • or unaccompanied

The core purpose is to create a clear, standardised written record showing who holds legal guardianship and that the guardian(s) have consented to the specific journey described in the document—helping reduce misunderstandings at check-in, passport control, and border crossings.

How the service works

MinorClearPass.com outlines a straightforward issuance flow:

Complete an online form with the required travel and guardian details.

The MinorClearPass is issued and delivered electronically to the email address provided.

The document must be printed and signed by hand by the guardian(s). If there is only one guardian, only that person signs.

The completed document should be carried throughout the journey and shown if requested by airlines or authorities.

What MinorClearPass is (and isn’t)

MinorClearPass is positioned as a supplementary consent record, not a substitute for official documentation.
